OFFICIAL RULES
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to enter the “Wine by Joe & GoodLife Brewing Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”), Entrant must be a legal U.S. resident 21 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of Wine by Joe (“Sponsor”), and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Giveaway period for the first giveaway will begin Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 9:00AM PST and end Monday, Spetember 21, 2020 at 11:59PM PST. Sponsor’s computer, or its third-party service provider’s computer, is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. One (1) unique Giveaway winner (“Winner”) will be chosen through a random drawing (as discussed below) from all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period.
HOW TO ENTER
(completion of all of the following constitutes an “Entry”):

Tagging someone you’d like to take camping. One unique tag equals one entry.
Unlimited entries allowed.
An Instagram account is required to enter and is available for free at http://instagram.com.
PRIZE
One (1) unique Giveaway Winner per Giveaway will be chosen through a random drawing (as discussed below). Winner will receive the prize below as designated by Sponsor based on the random drawing:

The estimated retail value of the prize package is $250. No substitute, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prizes is allowed by Winner. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor will send prize to Winner’s home address. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION
The winner of the drawing will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, 9/21. The result of the drawing, and the decisions of Sponsor and its third-party service provider, are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified by private message on Instagram and must respond with the requested contact information within three (3) days. If a potential Winner does not respond to Sponsor (or its third party service provider) within three (3) days of the prize notification, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate Winner will be selected by a second chance random drawing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Entrants accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes), and any and all service charges or fees applicable to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner may be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) which must be returned to and received by Sponsor or its third party service provider within ten (10) days from Winner’s receipt of the Affidavit/Release. Any failure to comply with the foregoing will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be chosen. Return of the prize, the prize notification, or the Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be selected. Each Winner’s Entry into the Giveaway and/or acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use Winner’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on the Sponsor’s website located at www.Wine by Joe.com or on or through Sponsor’s social media accounts, unless prohibited by law. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Giveaway and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
THE OREGON COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) WILL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE GIVEAWAY AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON WILL GOVERN THE GIVEAWAY. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
If, for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, the Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or bugs or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Giveaway, without liability. Sponsor is not responsible for its own, its third party service provider’s, or any Entrant’s computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer or email transmissions or network connections that are either human or technical in nature.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the method(s) of entering this Giveaway must be addressed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
DISCLAIMERS
All Giveaway Entrants agree that Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use, including misuse, of any prize, or any Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, transmission line, computer system or network, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the Giveaway or its prizes. Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates are not liable for damage to an Entrant’s or third person’s computer system in any way due to an Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or downloading any information in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction.
